1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the inMath mobile application or web platform (“Service”), operated by Hayatulerum(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and uninstall the application. You affirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or possess valid legal parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 18) to use inMath.

3. User Accounts & Security Obligations

To unlock full feature functionality (including cloud solution history, bookmarks, and Pro access), you must register an account:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and account activity.
• When enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you are issued one-time backup recovery codes. You are responsible for storing recovery codes securely. We cannot restore account access if both your authenticator device and recovery codes are lost.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent registration, security breaches, or unauthorized access attempts.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Automated scraping, harvesting, or extracting equation solver databases or custom math animation assets.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the inMath Android application or backend microservices.
• Abusing, spamming, or overloading the streaming AI Tutor API endpoints via automated bots or malicious scripts.
• Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent subscription paywalls, 2FA security controls, or licensing checks.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

inMath offers a free tier alongside an optional paid inMath Pro Subscription:

• Billing: Mobile Pro subscriptions are processed securely via Google Play Billing. Web purchases are processed through verified payment gateways.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds: Subscription refunds are subject to Google Play Store refund policies or applicable platform rules.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the inMath Service — including its branding, logo assets, step-by-step solver algorithms, 4K animation engine, MathLive keyboard designs, software source code, and design tokens — are the exclusive intellectual property of Hayatulerum.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HAYATULERUM, ITS FOUNDERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ACADEMIC STANDING, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8. Account Termination & Deletion

You may terminate your account at any time by selecting Profile → Delete Account in the app or contacting support@inmath.in. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access immediately without prior notice for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
